IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

CODESYS is used in more than 1 million machines and systems worldwide. This makes us the market leader for hardware-independent control software in the field of industrial automation. To keep it that way, more than 200 employees work on the development and marketing of CODESYS at our offices in Kempten, Boston, Beijing, and Milan.

Your tasks:

  • Set-up and support of Windows client workstations and documenting IT systems
  • First and second level support for hardware and software
  • Ensuring IT security and system availability
  • Support in the maintenance and administration of network and server systems in a modern IT infrastructure
  • Collaboration on IT projects such as system migrations, automation, security and monitoring

Our IT team ensure that the technical infrastructure in the CODESYS Group functions reliably and securely. In addition to providing support for workstations and devices, we also look after cross-company networks, servers and communication technology. We work closely with colleagues from all departments.

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable IT training
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft product environment
  • Technical understanding of hardware, peripherals and network technologies
  • Independent and careful way of working
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Experience in dealing with common IT documentation and ticket systems is an advantage
