Sales Manager Solution Software (m/f/d)

To keep it that way, more than 250 employees work on the development and marketing of CODESYS at our offices in Kempten, Boston, Beijing, and Milan.

Your tasks:

  • Consultation on software-based automation solutions and their possible applications in various industries
  • Support and assistance with product launches in customer projects
  • Coordination of internal areas such as product management, consulting and support for the development of tailor-made customer solutions
  • Identification and acquisition of new customers at home and abroad
  • Preparation and execution of contract negotiations
  • Representation of our company at trade fairs, conferences and customer events

The sales team for Automation Solutions is the first point of contact for customers who want to implement individual, software-supported automation solutions with CODESYS. In close cooperation with product management, consulting and support, the team ensures that technical possibilities and customer requirements are optimally matched - from the initial consultation through to successful implementation.

Your profile:

  • Degree in industrial engineering, automation technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or a comparable technical qualification
  • Good market and technology knowledge in industrial automation technology
  • Excellent communication skills and a convincing appearance
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on mentality
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Further foreign language skills and advantage
