This version introduces complete UI-less Python scripting. Also it fixes a problem with very long module descriptions (>32k) and adds forward compatibility with upcoming CAA-free BASLIB 5.0 (and also still with CAA-based BASLIB 4.0.1).

This version introduces the new, application-based subscription licenses that can be updated via the Store. It also includes maintenance of Persistance Manager (15), DataLog Manager (5) and others (11).

Bugfixes releated to memory allocation and memory access

This release contains performance improvements for the Persistence Manager:

• Speedup of the creation of the configuration files during download and online change
• Optimized handling of files during an online change on the PLC
• Memory consumption of the persistence manager on the PLC has been reduced
