One of PLCopen’s core activities involves the development and implementation of IEC 61131-3, the only global standard for industrial control programming.
Thanks in no small part to CODESYS’s active participation in technical, administrative, and marketing committees, IEC 61131-3 has established itself worldwide as the standard for industrial control programming.
